Ex-Thai Prime Minister plans to build modern city in Cambodia

The ousted Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra told Prime Minister Hun on Friday’s meeting that he will plan to build “Modern City” in Koh Kong province bordering Thailand.

The project developments will include financial center, hospital, schools, and housing. But the amount of investment was not revealed yet.

Former Thai Prime Minister returned this home country in February after being toppled in military coup in September 2006, while he was in New York city.
