Ex-Thai Prime Minister plans to build modern city in Cambodia

The ousted Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra told Prime Minister Hun on Friday’s meeting that he will plan to build “Modern City” in Koh Kong province bordering Thailand.
